Jan Samzelius

Co-Founder, CEO and CTO, NeuraMetrix, Inc.

Jan has specialized in quantitative methods for 40 years and has invented the typing cadence technology central to NeuraMetrix. He has previously led a large number of analytical projects, ranging from measuring customer satisfaction to price elasticities to conjoint analyses. He has been the CEO of six companies (most of them startups), in several cases improving profits dramatically. His experience includes one turnaround and one successful exit.  Jan holds a BSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden), graduating with honors and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Christian Olsson

Co-Founder and VP of Marketing, NeuraMetrix, Inc.

Christian has extensive marketing, alliances and sales management experience with startups, including Co-Founder/VP Marketing of three software startups, VP/Director Business Development of two software startups and President of one software startup (turn around). He has also served as the Swedish Trade Commissioner to Australia. Christian spent 14 years at Xylem, Inc. (ITT Industries) in various sales and marketing management roles on three continents. He serves as a board member of Silicon Vikings, a tech industry networking organization intersecting Silicon Valley and the Nordic & Baltic countries. Christian holds an MBA from Lund University (Sweden) and a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Tycho Brahe Technical College (Sweden).

Oleg Salyakhov

VP of Engineering, NeuraMetrix, Inc.

Oleg is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer.  His career includes working at a major game publisher and a major hardware vendor.  Prior to that he was the CTO at a major DRM vendor where he developed the only DRM to hold up for 430 days.  Oleg holds a MS in Computer Science.

Susan DiGiaimo

Susan is a seasoned business development executive and health/ life sciences strategist with 20+ years of experience within and for Sanofi, HealthTech startups, and CRO's. Susan holds an BBA Business Administration and Management from Ithaca College (New York).

Kenneth Forssell

Managing Director Nordics, NeuraMetrix Oy

Ken has 25+ years in management, operations, and business development in pharma and medtech. He was prior VP & General Manager GlaxoSmithKline and has had senior positions at several medtech startups. Ken holds an MSc in Pharmacy from University of Helsinki (Finland).

Tobias Elgh, Business Development and Sales - The Nordics

Tobias has 20+ years of experience in business development and management with a proven record of establishing SaaS businesses into new markets and growing them. Tobias holds an Msc in Economics from Åbo Academy (Finland).

Arne Madsen (ScanMedPartners), Head of Business Development and Sales - US

Arne has 20+ years in business development in medtech and pharma industries. He has held management positions at Abbott Labs, Allergan, and Avanos. Arne has holds a BBA International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School (Denmark).

Curt Jennewine (ScanMedPartners), Business Development and Sales - US

Curt has 20+ years in sales, marketing, and operations in medtech industries. He has had prior Sales and Marketing positions at various life science companies. Curt holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University (Illinois) and a BA from Duke University (North Carolina).

Nathanael Noiraud (N-Strategy Consulting Services Ltd.), Head of Business Development and Sales - Asia

Nathanael is an accomplished Leader, Entrepreneur, Investor, and Ambassador (InterNations, FrenchFounders, City of Toulouse). He holds an MSc from Toulouse business school (France), an MBA from the University of Dayton (Ohio), and is a Malaysia "Resident Pass - Talent. He has successfully founded and led new businesses (Regional offices, Joint-Ventures...) and multiple teams across various geographies in Asia-Pacific for MNCs such as GAMELOFT and SEEK since 2011. Nathanael founded NSCS (N-Strategy Consulting Services Ltd.) in 2016 with the vision of building bridges between Asia-Pacific and the rest of the World for disruptive technologies.

Mark DuVal (DuVal & Associates), Head of Regulatory - US

Mark is President of DuVal & Associates, a law firm dedicated to counseling companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. He has long-term experience in strategic regulatory advice, FDA regulations, and counseling on reimbursement. Prior to founding the firm, Mark was general counsel for 3M Pharmaceuticals and 3M Drug Delivery Systems and various Medical Device Divisions working both domestically and internationally. Mark holds a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law (Minnesota).

Dr. Steve Whitelaw (Whitelaw & Co.), Senior Analyst

Steve has 30+ years in market modeling using conjoint analysis and financial data. He is the owner of Whitelaw & Co. Steve holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
